Next Read Lacrosse policies
Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases and use of Next Read Lacrosse digital products and film-analysis services.
1. Eligibility and authority
Blueprints are general educational products and are not age-restricted. A purchaser who is not legally able to enter into a binding agreement must have a parent or legal guardian make or authorize the purchase. Film-review orders involving a player under 18 require authorization from a parent or legal guardian, and an order involving a player under 13 must be placed directly by the player's parent or legal guardian. Team and scouting purchasers must be authorized adult representatives of their team or organization.
2. The service
Next Read Lacrosse provides coach-led analysis of submitted lacrosse game film. Deliverables may include a private recorded video breakdown and a one-page player performance snapshot or team-focused report. The scope depends on the selected service. Each game entry covers one standard full-game recording. Next Read Lacrosse may request confirmation or a revised quote before accepting unusually long, incomplete, or nonstandard film.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate identifying information and accessible film links. When purchasing a timestamped or pre-cut review, you must provide either complete shift timestamps or film already edited to include only the player's shifts. You are responsible for maintaining access to the film during the review period and for promptly supplying corrected access when requested.
4. Film rights and permission
You represent that you own, lawfully obtained, or are authorized to submit the film for private analysis. You grant Next Read Lacrosse a limited license to access, copy, annotate, and process the film only as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service, maintain records, resolve support issues, and comply with law. Film will not be used publicly for marketing without separate permission.
5. Scheduling and delivery
Each game uses one weekly capacity slot. When the current window is full, customers may reserve the next available window. The estimated delivery date shown before payment controls the order schedule. Production timing begins on the scheduled review start date after payment, complete information, accessible film, and any required timestamps have been received. Weekends and recognized U.S. federal holidays are excluded.
6. Pricing and multi-game orders
Prices shown at checkout apply to the selected service. Eligible orders receive 10% off two games or 20% off three to five games when the same service is purchased for the same player, team, or opponent. Each game remains a separate unit of work. Promotional discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated.
7. Educational purpose
Analysis reflects professional coaching judgment and is provided for education and player or team development. Next Read Lacrosse does not guarantee playing time, team selection, recruiting interest, scholarships, competitive outcomes, or performance improvement.
8. Completed reviews
Customers may privately use and share the completed review. Public posting is allowed only when the customer has the necessary rights to the underlying film and preserves Next Read Lacrosse branding. Next Read Lacrosse retains ownership of its original commentary, performance snapshot format, graphics, and analysis methodology.
9. Refunds and corrections
Refunds, cancellations, unusable film, and the seven-day correction period are governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, incorporated into these terms.
10. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Next Read Lacrosse may update these terms prospectively. The version presented and accepted at checkout will apply to that order.
