Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Before analysis begins

You may cancel a game for a full refund until Next Read Lacrosse sends the review-started notice for that game. A capacity reservation alone does not make the game nonrefundable.

2. After the review-started notice

Once analysis of a game has begun, payment for that game is nonrefundable because the primary work has commenced. If Next Read Lacrosse is unable to complete the purchased service, the affected game will be refunded.

3. Unusable or inaccessible film

If submitted film cannot be accessed or is not usable for meaningful analysis, Next Read Lacrosse will notify you. You will have seven days to provide a working replacement. If you cannot do so, the affected game may be canceled and refunded.

4. Unusually long film

Each game entry covers one standard full-game recording. Next Read Lacrosse may review unusually long or nonstandard recordings before accepting them. No expanded scope or additional charge will be imposed without customer confirmation.

5. Multi-game cancellations

Refunds are calculated game by game. If a cancellation changes the number of games that remain eligible for a bundle discount, the remaining games will be repriced at the discount level they actually qualify for, and the refund will reflect that adjustment.

6. Delivery concerns and corrections

You have seven calendar days after delivery to report a factual or technical issue, including an incorrectly identified player, a missing submitted shift, a broken link, or a corrupted file. Next Read Lacrosse will correct verified issues without charge. A request for additional analysis, a different coaching opinion, or feedback outside the purchased scope is not a correction.

7. Blueprint digital products

Because Blueprints provide immediate access to digital lessons and downloadable materials, purchases are nonrefundable once access is delivered. If you experience an access problem, receive a duplicate charge, or find that the product materially differs from its description, contact hello@nextreadlacrosse.com. We'll work to resolve the issue and provide a refund when appropriate or required by law.

The game-by-game cancellation rules above apply to film reviews, not Blueprints. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

8. How to request help

Send refund, access, or correction requests to hello@nextreadlacrosse.com. Include the purchaser's name, order information, affected game or Blueprint, and a short explanation.
