Next Read Lacrosse policies
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Next Read Lacrosse collects, why it is used, and how submitted film is handled.
1. Information collected
Next Read Lacrosse may collect purchaser contact information; player, team, opponent, competition-level, jersey, and game details; film links; submitted timestamps and access notes; guardian authorization details; order history; and customer communications. Card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by Next Read Lacrosse.
2. How information is used
Information is used to identify submitted film, provide and deliver the requested analysis, communicate about access and order status, schedule capacity, process payment and refunds, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Film and review privacy
Submitted film and completed reviews are private by default. Next Read Lacrosse will not publish or use them in advertising, social content, or sample breakdowns without separate permission. Service providers may process limited information when needed for payment, file storage, video delivery, email, or website operation.
4. Children and guardian information
Blueprint purchases do not require a player's age or the submission of player film. Next Read Lacrosse does not intend to collect order information directly from children under 13. A purchase by or for a child under 13 must be placed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians may request access to or deletion of information associated with their child, subject to identity verification and any records Next Read Lacrosse must retain.
5. Retention and deletion
Submitted film links and completed review files are generally retained for 90 days after delivery, or until any correction or refund issue is resolved, whichever is later. Customers may request earlier deletion after the order and any related issue are complete. Certain transaction, consent, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.
6. Security
Next Read Lacrosse will use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should use access-controlled film links when stronger privacy is needed and avoid including unnecessary personal information.
7. Analytics and cookies
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referral sources, and page performance. This service does not use analytics cookies or track individual visitors across websites. The current automatic setup excludes visitor data from the European Union. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to operate and protect the website.
Necessary cookies are used for private purchase access and owner authentication. The site does not use advertising pixels or cross-site marketing tracking. If additional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this policy and any required choices or notices will be updated before those tools are activated.
8. Requests and changes
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@nextreadlacrosse.com. This policy may be updated as the service and its providers change. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be identified by an updated effective date.
